Just qualified as a referee? Great! But what do you do now? Now you've passed your course it's time to put your newly acquired knowledge and skills into action on the field.

As a trainee referee or newly qualified referee, this page will give you everything you need. Crewe RA are dedicated to support new referees and support them where possible.

Referees play a crucial role in helping football take place. From local grassroots football played in a park on a Sunday morning right through to the FA cup final at Wembley, every football match needs a referee.

Crewe RA's mentor scheme allows members to have one of our qualified FA mentors to come out and support you by watching your game and giving you some feedback and support in the best way possible.
