The Minutes of the Meeting also shortened and known as "The Minutes" is a document which contains collated information taken down during the course of the meeting. It's purpose us to provide an official record of discussions, decisions and actions taken during the meeting. These minutes serve as a reference, document action items, promote transparencey and aid in accountability. They ensure that members have an accurate record of what transpired and what responsibilities were assigned, fostering effective communication and organisation within the RA.
